The Southern Tier Broadcasters Hall of Fame
recoginizes and showcases the pioneers who
shaped the media during its infancy in the
Southern Tier.
These early pioneers impacted various areas
of media including radio, television, engineering,
advertising, broadcasting and programming.
On June 1, 2008 the Southern Tier Broadcasters
Association officially recognized its inaugural
inductees into the Southern Tier Broadcasters
Hall of Fame.
Nineteen local broadcasting
pioneers were
recognized for their
contributions to the Southern
Tier’s broadcasting history.
The STBA Hall of Fame Exhibit is proudly housed at
the Bundy Museum of History & Art at the Annex
Theater located behind the museum on 129 Main
St. in Binghamton, NY.
