The Southern Tier Broadcasters Hall of Fame recoginizes and showcases the pioneers who shaped the media during its infancy in the Southern Tier. These early pioneers impacted various areas of media including radio, television, engineering, advertising, broadcasting and programming. On June 1, 2008 the Southern Tier Broadcasters Association officially recognized its inaugural inductees into the Southern Tier Broadcasters Hall of Fame. Nineteen local broadcasting pioneers were recognized for their contributions to the Southern Tier’s broadcasting history. The STBA Hall of Fame Exhibit is proudly housed at the Bundy Museum of History & Art at the Annex Theater located behind the museum on 129 Main St. in Binghamton, NY.
